Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Assistant to support our egg processing operations. The Production Assistant will help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and support the production team in sorting, packing, and quality control of eggs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily processing of eggs, including washing, grading, sorting, and packing.
Monitor egg quality and report any irregularities (cracks, contamination, defects) to supervisors.
Label cartons accurately and prepare products for distribution.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment and work areas.
Follow all food safety and company policies, including HACCP and GMP standards.
Load and unload materials or egg trays as needed.
Keep accurate records of production output and report any issues.
Operate light machinery (e.g., egg grading machines) under supervision.
Support inventory management of packaging materials and supplies.
Assist in end-of-day clean-up and preparation for the next production cycle.
